As many of you know or have read I am coming to the end of my work with the Northern Mercer County United Way. I want to thank all of you who have contributed, volunteered or supported us in some way through out the past 16 months. I also want to encourage you to keep up the good work and to remember our community needs the United Way to be strong and active. There are over 15,000 citizens that benefit from the United Way annually!
Our campaign is at $87,000. There is is still plenty of time to get our goal accomplished. We will be in good hands with our board leadership and I expect us to make a good run at achieving our fundraising goal. If you have not made your pledge, please consider doing so.
It has been my pleasure serving our community. I have met many great people along the way and I hope our paths will cross again. Until next time...
